Work with me

I help companies build the operating capability for the agentic shift.

I have spent twenty years building through platform transitions: the first agency trading desks when buying went programmatic, people-based identity platforms when cookies died, incrementality measurement when ID-based attribution stopped working. The pattern repeats. The companies that win a transition are the ones that build inside it early, and the current shift to agent-based work is the largest one yet.

Here is how I engage.

Fractional CBO / CPO

I take fractional Chief Business Officer and Chief Product Officer engagements with companies whose product or commercial motion needs to cross this transition. That means owning the roadmap or the revenue motion for a defined period, not advising from the sidelines. The typical shape is two to three days a week for three to six months, with a specific transformation to land and a team that keeps the capability afterward.

Agentic GTM implementation

I design and implement agent-operated go-to-market systems: research, content, outreach, CRM, and measurement run by agents, with human judgment kept exactly where it earns its place. This is not an AI adoption deck. It is a working system, and the site you are reading was produced by one.

Full-time roles

I am open to the right full-time role. The short version: I design how partners activate on the next generation of platforms. Senior scope, C-suite reporting line, and a mandate to build. If that matches something you are hiring for, I would love to talk.

The work behind this

The proof is on the home page: identity and retail media strategy for Kroger, the clean room strategy that took Akamai into its InfoSum investment, Coca-Cola's enterprise Marketing Data Model, and a scientifically rigorous incrementality platform with Walmart Labs. The research behind the agentic thesis is in Research, and the argument for where the open web is heading is in AdExchanger.
